Youth Refresher Mental Health First Aid
Introduction
Youth refresher mental health first aid course is available for those who have completed the original 14 hour course, within the last 3 years. This course allows individuals to refresh and update their knowledge and skills to further extend their accreditation by 3 years.
Within this 4-hr workshop you will:
Learn the newest research and findings within the mental health field
Revise the 3 key action areas to assist someone experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours
Work through complex mental health first aid interactions to refresh and gain additional knowledge and skills
Face-to-face: 4-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course
Online: 5-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course

Are you eligible to enrol?
To enrol and attend the youth refresher mental health first aid cause you must meet the following criteria:
Have completed the youth mental health first aid within the last 3 years
Able to provide your certification of completion and accreditation
