The Little Reset is a gentle, practical online program for busy women who give a lot.

It is designed to help you pause, notice what restores you, and identify your own Five Joy Anchors small, no-cost ways to come back to yourself before you hit the wall.

This is not superficial self-care. It is not about expensive routines, perfect mornings or adding another thing to your list.

It is about finding small, realistic practices that help you feel more like yourself again.

Session 2:    Thursday, 25 June 2026

Time:              6:00 PM – 7:00 PM AWST / WA time

Location:      Online via Microsoft Teams

Cost:               No financial cost for the pilot

What is Five Joy Anchors?

What happens in each session?

​Each session runs for one hour via Zoom. We'll explore one or two joy anchors together — using guided reflection, simple activities, and light discussion. You'll leave with something small and practical to take into your week.

Who is this program for?

This program is for women who are looking for a gentle pause a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what feels good. You don't need any prior experience with wellbeing programs. If you're curious and open, you're welcome here.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Five Joy Anchors is a reflective wellbeing program, not a therapeutic or clinical service. If you are experiencing significant distress or mental health challenges, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis support service.

How do I book?

Simply click the Book Now button on this page, choose your spot, and complete payment online. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Buddy bookings are welcome. Your friend will need to complete their own booking to secure their spot.

How many spots are available?

This is an intimate pilot program with a maximum of 20 participants. Once spots are filled, bookings will close.
