Workplace Mental Health First Aid
Introduction
Standard refresher mental health first aid courses are available for those who have completed the original 2 day course, within the last 3 years. This course allows individuals to refresh and update their knowledge and skills to further extend their accreditation by 3 years.
Are you eligible to enrol?
To enrol and attend the youth refresher mental health first aid cause you must meet the following criteria:
Have completed the youth mental health first aid within the last 3 years
Able to provide your certification of completion and accreditation
Face-to-face: 4-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course
Online: 5-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course

Within this 4-hr workshop you will:
Learn the newest research and findings within the mental health field
Revise the 3 key action areas to assist someone experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours
Work through complex mental health first aid interactions to refresh and gain additional knowledge and skills
