Introduction
Positively You is designed to empower participants to cultivate inner confidence, nurture their well-being, and develop essential life skills. Through a series of three sessions, we address key topics aimed at enhancing personal growth and resilience.
By combining these sessions, our program equips participants with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in today's complex world. Through self-awareness, communication skills, self-care practices, and emotional intelligence, participants emerge with renewed confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves and others.
Each Participant receives a bag of wellbeing items. Journal, gratitude jar, stress ball, moisturiser, band aids, tampons, whistle, bubbles wand, lips gloss, colour pens, art, mediation dome, and sewing kit.
