Our Approach

The sharing shed is known for being passionate and making potentially challenging topics into fun and enjoyable learning experiences. We pride ourselves on high-quality outcomes and promoting bravery for having tough conversations.

We offer education to regional, remote, and urban communities. Working with businesses, and individuals we teach the relevant skills, provide support, and increase the confidence necessary to be qualified practitioners of mental health first aid.

By collaborating with groups, organisations, and government bodies, we increase mental health awareness. We create mental health wellness programs and install mental health first aid kits in homes, boardrooms, and businesses across Western Australia.

We give hope to those who are unable to access services and those who support their families, friends, or colleagues from mental health illnesses.
